Estimated delivery times vary based on location and chosen method.
International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
If your order is a surprise proposal, make sure to track it discreetly!

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.

5. Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping details before placing an order! Incorrect addresses may result in delays or undeliverable packages.
If an error is found, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before shipping confirmation.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within X days with photos, and we’ll work on a solution.
